Today someone told me about a car accident and her pain she is now with lifelong pain and suffering. The subtle energy system is the energy in movement and what we are manifesting to experience. If the accident is causing the pain, understand the accident was manifested to mirror her energy. (This is why acupuncture is so effective in releasing trapped energy.) This is how it all works. So an example -me. I had a torn rotator cuff in my left shoulder. Left shoulder- female side -feminine energy imbalanced Area of the body- communication Shoulder represents the ability to carry out experiences in life joyously. Attitude is able to burden a life path. All experiences are to be joyous and loving. Our body is manifesting our energy into reality. This is how the body shows you your projections hidden and can not be recognized any other way. Some of you with fibro and lifelong diseases can with focus change the process with manifestations too. Suffering is not our destiny but recovering is. That is growth and how one manages their evolution. Energy is a movement with the balance of action mixed with equal guidance metaphysically. Combine together you align manifestations to be your energy. This is not in any way devaluing physician and the OT that assists our challenges as they are important on the outside, it is metaphysical energy of the subconscious where this is creating the manifestations before the injury was created. You can not change the outcome without changes to how this manifested in the first place. Once discovered, release then receive the new manifestation updated. Now it does take time, but that depends on your own energy.

Just breathe and do nothing. That is how you will energetically receive. You can not speak and listen at the same time.
You can not project and receive at the same time. If you are too focused, then I suggest letting go. And if you still do not know how to do that, meditate. Not with a track or listening app. Sit for a few moments and listen to the sounds around you. Find that one silent sound you never really listen to; the sound of the fridge, the hum of your heater, that t noise that goes quiet when the power goes off. This is how you listen and keep doing that .....don't stop, keep listening to that sound. For those who have problems with attention deficit: light a candle or grab a stone. The visual will hold your attention while you listen to that sound. Those who usually can not follow through with meditation require focusing on an object. This is what we do with hypnotism to relax your mind. After a bit of practice, meditation results in feelings of calm, relaxation, and even euphoria. This natural high allows you to regulate your emotions better and overcome distressing situations You may experience sensations during meditation, whether it be casual twitching or a lot more movement than you're used to. This is said to be your body's way of releasing built-up stress or tension, so even though it feels weird, it's actually a good thing. As you continue on your daily ritual, there is less to release. There is one caution I should mention though. This is not for those who have unprocessed trauma that they are working with a professional. Meditation can actually make symptoms of traumatic stress worse. Flashbacks, emotional arousal, and dissociation – meaning a disconnect between your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations – are not uncommon experiences. Also for those with very active awaken kundalini and have experienced uncomfortable symptoms, this can intensify the symptoms as it will spread up the process. But meditation reduces stress hormones by calming the sympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for our 'fight-or-flight responses to danger. So consult with your doctor who is treating your trauma. Besides getting into the receptive mode, meditation will also do the following for you: * Can help with all forms of addictions * Reduces Anxiety and Social Anxiety * Improves concentration and attention * Can slow down the aging process of the physical body * Increase volume in positive areas of the brain * Can help symptoms of depression * Quiets mind wandering "monkey mind" and can assist with remaining present. Starting with 10 mins a day and working towards 20, then eventually 40. I find morning is best as you are fresh and still in the light stages before activity hits your brain to process. |
