Trust and why that means trust

What is one thing or experience that you would take from a past relationship and resolve moving forward into a new beginning whatever that means?

As much as freedom and growth are important, without it, stagnation and trust issues arise.
We change our minds if we are reactive to internal pain or intentions have changed.

Trust is earned over time. It is the perspective of what trust means that causes many problems.  Trust is built through acceptance of one's flaws and being truly honest about themselves. Not the other person's but your very own. Values and morals do not always mix well when shaken to test them in a new dynamic without anything to align them.

Going in blindly to who you are and what you need will create expectations that the other will need to meet. Problem is, we do this from a game of chance that the other partner will figure it out as we go along. Those that lack empathy for others are stabbing in the dark as to what will work. Boundaries are not defined and mistakes become conflicts never forgiven. Entanglements of moving forward while the other person stays stuck can be resolved easily if discussed earlier during the making of a connection what would keep them on the same page.

The beginnings are usually influenced by our needs being met with only one perspective. This makes them exciting and seems wishes fulfilled as we still need both sides present to make trust exist. People get hurt when one serves upon their own mission to leave the other confused and hurt.  

Secure trust within ourselves can easily be shifted when needing to trust another without the space shared to understand what that means from them. Taking steps to have a profound organic connection is remaining true to yourself and allowing growth for change and expansion while being grounded that you are both on the same page and moving towards both having their needs met, even if it was decided for a short time.  

Constraints can fall away and the intimacy will flow as blockages were manifested to keep one authentic on their personal spiritual growth to heal. We are all doing the best that we can but mistakes happen and the worse is because you did not know.
