Chapter 8 We Are Energy

"Vibrate good energy into others soul; making them never forget the beauty of yours" 

Energy is our direct connection to God or Creator. You do not need me to tell you that science has already proven that we are made up of atoms that are continuously moving, spinning and vibrating. Quantum physicists discovered that each one is radiating at its own unique energy signature, so we are truly beings of energy and vibration proven by science. 
 
We all possess the ability to channel divine light and healing energy. Open your heart to find your way will allow it in with the intention to serve and as far as all of mankind. Energy cannot be destroyed, but it can only be transformed from one form to another.  Our thoughts, feelings, words and actions put this energy into motion. We can choose to have thoughts, feelings and words of love (the highest vibration) and put them into action to transform energy from a diseased state into one of health and wholeness. This is what we call metaphysics.

This information is for us to wake up, and realize that we are all energy, radiating our own unique energy signature. Feelings, thoughts and emotions play a vital role, quantum physics helps us see the significance of how we all feel. If all of us are in a peaceful loving state inside, it will no doubt impact the external world around us and influence how others feel as well. 

What we do not realize is we push energy outside of ourselves by thinking of others instead of putting that love into us.  The is about the law of balance. It is not expression of love to deny our compassion, nurturing, adoration, peace and comfort and while doing so having all of our focus on someone who is not doing that for us.  The energy is out of balance.  When we focus on a thought, vibration creates an energy towards it. When we create an attachment, we are feeding off the energy by trying to serve ourselves, but their disconnect to that negative energy will feel not fulfilling and make us hungry for more instead of filled.

This explains why they seem to want to connect when we decide to move on to someone else. Many do see this happen. I would never suggest moving on to another to manipulate your loved one to return.  This would interfere with the energies and cause you to attract an unwanted situation.  We must understand our feelings, emotions and subconscious thoughts are very powerful now. That is why we can so easily push them away by wanting them.  This is a natural negative vibration with a paradox mentioned before. If you want something, you cannot receive it. You must believe you already have it and no need of any want. 

But a warning of caution, if the energy of one shows you what is hidden inside of you and you look away, another mirror will show up in another perspective.
