Chapter 10 Releasing A Painful Relationship

Breaking up is a painful process.   How does one go from a dark separation to a true love that is more than ever imagined possible?  Both polarities are existing.  It is not as simple as ignoring the pain but looking inside to why you resonated and attracted this pain to yourself.  Where you have similar experiences that may be showing up now to be healed and released.  This will remove both the current and all the other previous same vibrating frequencies.  This could be also released in the partner if their soul matched that frequency too. Are you holding onto any pain from any previous relationships? Go back and review your past and see if anything comes up as you look at what never worked out as you expect it. 
 
Write a journal or letters to your previous lovers and relationships from your past saying everything you ever needed to say. Find peace and understanding to why these had to happen in the first place.  Any deep-rooted pain, it is time to bring it to the surface. This is sometimes a process that may take a few sessions as each removal will take some getting used to energetically, allow yourself time. Some people from the past may be easier now to release because of the detachment moving onto someone new.  This is a look deep within your previous relationships and taking accountability to why things happened and to how you can find peace.  Allow time to adjust and have some compassion to heal and forgive yourself during this release.  There is much finger-pointing blame in this process.  We can usually find ourselves to see how their responses were not what would make everything so simple after all. If this is damaged beyond repair that can be a challenge to accept that our happiness was removed by something we had full control of after all.  Some journaling and allowing to bring up these deep feelings may surprise many because they were so hidden in the recesses of memories. Some letters may be just useful to connect energetically for the next step. 

"Our vibration will hold onto that energy of this painful experience if we do not let this go. Another part is our vibration remaining attached to the energy of the past. If this is a relationship ended 6 months ago, did you change in that period of time? "
Earlier when discussing chakras, the energy centers connect with others through cords formed through emotions and attachments.  Each person forms these cords to exchange energy. Clearings is a daily maintenance regime but over time if you have held on to old memories those are going through damaged and discarded cords exchanging old energy instead of current and new. The cords need to be removed so that we no longer get dragged back to the past. Old repressed memories or damaging discarded cords need to be released to make way for new fresh cords to be current and new.  We are dragged back into the past and repeating karma through these vortexes.  Our vibration will hold onto that energy if we do not let this go and be released.  Old energies of the past will weigh down the new vibrations of the new.  A relationship from a decade ago can impact a new fresh relationship because of the similar deep profound love shared but with this new person, the vibration will feel like the old person instead of the new lovely attracted person you are attracting to you.  Because of the alignment and the constant vibration of energy, any cords removed will be replaced with the updated new version of what is surrounding you.  the old will fall away and no longer interfere with the progress of this new adventure.  

To release these harmful, toxic cords is a simple process.  Energetically we would like to believe that intent alone is all you need.  but it takes your determination, inner work and letting go of those burdened memories of the past.  You will find the surprising benefit of those painful memories will fall away too.  Most of these energy clearing sessions are done throught meditations or intent with experienced energy healers who can guide you to what you need to do.  You will feel clear and refreshed as if you have taken a shower and feel rejuvenated and refreshed.

Letting Go Physically and Energetically

Stop including them in your mind's thoughts.
Write letters to bring out all the blocked and hidden emotions. Once you are a level of loving and understanding, burn the letters to release. If the emotions did not flow, continue to write for additional 12 mins anything as the blockage can require more effort to push it out.  This may take several attempts.

Visualize white light and say " I am whole and complete within myself. I am worthy of being loved for who I truly am. I am always connected to Divine Love. I feel the love around me and remember that I am truly never alone"
Visualize having a loving and peaceful conversation where you let go with love and understanding.
Do not continue to indulge in fantasy or illusions of you back together. Blocking your emotions will result in blocks that will need extra work. Allow yourself the space to cry if you need. Grieving is normal and you need time to heal.
We are never being tested or punished by the universe. Everything is always perfectly aligned. It is a part of your journey. Trust is everything.
